What is the Tossd app?
The Tossd app is the easiest way to order your favorite bowls, skip the line, and earn rewards! Download it on iOS or Android to get exclusive perks, track loyalty points, and receive a FREE bowl or salad when you sign up.

How do I get my free bowl or salad?
Download the Tossd app and sign up using your email. Your FREE bowl or salad will be automatically added to your account upon sign-up.
Phone number is only used to claim previous loyalty benefits.
Customers can also sign up by placing a digital order (via app or web) or using the sign-up link: signup.thanx.com/tossd/join.
Can I redeem my free bowl in-store?
Yes! You can redeem your free bowl in-store by:
- Visiting a Tossd location.
- Letting the cashier know you’re a loyalty member.
- Providing your phone number or email at checkout.
- The cashier will look up your account and apply your free bowl reward.
How long do I have to redeem my free bowl?
Your sign-up reward expires 30 days after creating an account—so be sure to use it soon!
Loyalty Program & Earning Points
How does the new Tossd loyalty program work?
Every order placed through the TOSSD app, website, or in-store earns points toward exclusive rewards when logged into your account.
- Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
- Points unlock marketplace rewards, which can be redeemed when ordering through the app or in-store.
- Orders placed in-store also earn points when the guest provides their phone number or email at checkout.
What if I already had a loyalty account with Tossd?
If you were a Tossd loyalty member before March 20, your existing points will automatically transfer when you claim your account using the same phone number.
How do I check my points balance?
Open the Tossd app, go to the “Rewards” section, and view your current points and available rewards.
Transition from Old Loyalty System
Do I need to do anything to transfer my loyalty points?
No! As long as you claim your account using the same phone number from your old Tossd loyalty account, your points will transfer automatically.
What if my points don’t show up?
If your points are missing, email support@thanx.com or contact support through the app chat feature. Be sure to provide the phone number associated with your old loyalty account.
Can I use my old loyalty card or rewards?
No, we have fully transitioned to the Tossd app. All rewards must now be redeemed through the app.
Ordering & In-Store Process
How do I earn points in-store?
When ordering in-store, provide your phone number or email to the cashier, and they will apply the purchase to your loyalty account.
Do I need a QR code to redeem rewards?
No! TOSSD does not use QR code scanners for loyalty redemption. Simply provide your phone number or email at checkout and let the cashier know which reward you want to redeem.
